Natasha Broxton Named 2026 Tory Burch Foundation Fellow | Alitura Group

Recognition is meaningful, but only because of what it makes possible.

I’m honored to have been selected as a 2026 Tory Burch Foundation Fellow, joining a national community of women entrepreneurs committed to building businesses that create lasting impact.

Like many founders, I’ve spent years making decisions that weren’t always visible from the outside. Building businesses, solving operational challenges, leading teams, adapting through uncertainty, and finding better ways to serve customers every single day.

This Fellowship is a recognition of that journey, but more importantly, it represents an opportunity to continue learning alongside an incredible network of founders who are equally committed to building businesses that matter.

The Work Behind the Recognition

People often see awards, press features, or milestones without seeing the years of operational work that came before them.

Before Alitura Group, there was Select Auto Parts & Sales.

For more than fourteen years, I have operated one of the nation's largest fully indoor automotive recycling facilities. Every system we recommend today has been tested inside a real operating business before we ever suggest it to another business owner.

That experience shaped the foundation of Alitura.

We don't approach AI as a technology trend.

We approach it as an operational tool that helps business owners document knowledge, improve execution consistency, and create businesses that aren't dependent on one person carrying everything.

The yard became the proof.

The consulting practice became the extension of that proof.

Why This Fellowship Matters

The Tory Burch Foundation has built a community focused on supporting women entrepreneurs through education, mentorship, and meaningful connections.

For me, the greatest value isn't simply receiving the recognition.

It's joining a community where ideas are shared, businesses are strengthened, and founders continue learning from one another.

Every new perspective has the potential to improve how we serve our own clients.

Every conversation creates an opportunity to become a better operator.

The Mission Doesn't Change

The Fellowship doesn't change what we do.

It strengthens our commitment to it.

At Alitura Group, our mission remains the same:

  • Help operators document critical business knowledge.

  • Build practical AI systems that support real operations.

  • Create execution consistency across growing teams.

  • Help founders spend less time trapped inside daily operations and more time leading their businesses.

We believe AI should support operators, not replace them.

Technology is only valuable when it helps people execute more consistently.

Looking Ahead

This recognition isn't the finish line.

It's another step forward.

The work ahead is continuing to help operators modernize with confidence, share practical implementation strategies grounded in real experience, and build systems that create long-term business resilience.

I'm grateful to the Tory Burch Foundation for this opportunity, and I'm grateful to every client, team member, partner, and business owner who has trusted us along the way.

If you are building a business that has grown beyond what you can personally manage, the next step is creating the systems that allow your team and operations to move with greater consistency.

And I'm excited for what's next.
