I built something nobody expected in a place nobody was looking. Then I used systems and AI to create more structure, consistency, and operational freedom inside the business.
Now I help other operators do the same.
“If you want to know where to start with AI, start where the money is leaking.”
I built it because the operation needed better systems.
What started as an abandoned facility in Milwaukee became a 125,000 sq ft automotive recycling operation. But like many growing businesses, too much knowledge lived in the owner’s head.
Pricing depended on memory. Execution depended on people. Decisions kept flowing through the owner. So I started building structure, then AI became part of the operational system.
Alitura Group exists to help other operators modernize the businesses they worked too hard to build.
Most operators do not need another generic tool. They need structure around how decisions get made, how work moves, how follow-up happens, and how the business runs when they are not in the middle of every detail.
The goal is not to chase AI. The goal is to build a business that runs with more consistency, more visibility, and less owner dependency.
Work moves with more consistency because the process is clearer and fewer decisions rely on memory.
The business stops needing the owner in the middle of every decision just to keep the day moving.
AI gets connected to the places where the business is already leaking time, money, or capacity.
Google selected Select Auto Parts & Sales to represent Wisconsin in its AI Public Policy Stories series after seeing how AI was being used inside a real automotive recycling operation.
That recognition matters because this work was not built from theory. It was built inside the daily reality of pricing, phones, inventory, team execution, and owner-level decisions.
