These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Alitura Group website at alituragroup.com and information made available through it. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
About our services
Alitura Group provides AI and business systems strategy, advisory services, workshops and training, speaking engagements, and separately scoped implementation services. The website describes services and educational resources; it does not itself create a client relationship or obligate Alitura Group to perform services.
Service bookings and agreements
Descriptions, fees, scope, timing, and deliverables are governed by the specific booking confirmation, checkout terms, proposal, statement of work, or signed agreement for the service you purchase. If those documents differ from general website descriptions, the specific agreement controls for that engagement.
Our AI Strategy Session is a separately booked advisory engagement focused on one business problem, with a written Alitura Systems & Strategy Roadmap delivered following the session under the applicable booking terms. Implementation is not included in a Strategy Session unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Implementation projects, ongoing advisory or oversight services, and speaking or training contracts may have separate scope, schedules, fees, payment terms, and obligations. Website content does not guarantee that any particular service is available at a given time.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Applicable prices, payment requirements, rescheduling rules, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility are provided at checkout or in your booking confirmation or signed client agreement. Please review those service-specific terms before purchasing or booking. These website terms do not independently establish a refund entitlement or a blanket no-refund policy.
